Our Gourmet Olive Oil is obtained by early harvesting, which gives it a more bitter, spicy, fresh and, above all, intense flavour, characterized by its greenish hue.
Harvesting our olives at the ideal moment and before the period known as “veraison”, giving rise to what is also known as Premium Olive Oil.
The difference between this oil and traditional Extra Virgin Olive Oil, which is obtained from December onwards when the olives are at a more mature stage, lies in the fact that it is an oil with milder nuances and flavours.
Along with the above, we highlight the extra virgin olive oil that we consider our greatest treasure and of which we are especially proud: our Premium Organic Olive Oil.
And finally, linked to the land where they are grown and produced, we cannot forget our Royal Olive Oils, native to our area and the ones that are most identified with our land.
