TASTING COMMENTS

Olfactory profile: Medium fruitiness of ripe olives with green notes of herbs. It highlights the tomato plant and the fig leaves. Light hints of ripe almond and dried fruit.

Gustatory profile: It has a soft and sweet entry. Very balanced in its bitterness and spiciness. Final aftertaste of ripe banana and dried fruit. Very structured and medium persistence.
